any soures for knobs for a Carver receiver 2000?

I just repaired a Carver Receiver 2000 but I need three control knobs. Does anyone have a source or a few to spare? I need the speaker selector knob and the two tape selector knobs.

Unless you can find a broken radio on eBay or elsewhere you probably have no chance of getting them
They allmost certinley won't make spare parts
