c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\abortpxe.com error: file cannot be accessed
c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\abortpxe.com error: file cannot be accessed
c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\startnet.cmd error: file cannot be accessed
c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\startnet.cmd error: file cannot be accessed
c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\wdscapture.inf error: file cannot be accessed
c:\$windows.~BT\Sources\SafeOS\...\wdscapture.inf error: file cannot be accessed

Solution
Nothing to worry about. They are protected system folders & files to which antivirus apps have no access.

Just exclude the folders from avast scanning if avast has such a feature in it's settings. It should have, but it may only be in the paid version.

As previous answer says, them files might be protected. But I believe them files were temporary files(files that were there at the beginning of the scan and than were deleted as no more needed or you have got another program(antivirus) that was scanning them files at that time.
Nothing to worry.
If you want to be 100% sure run FULL SCAN in windows SAFE MODE(F8 during bootup). so files will be there all the time.
