Solved! App remote w/ir blaster

I need to know what universal remote app to download . I have a ZTE phone with the ir blaster, but I can only find remote control apps that use wifi instead.

With my Samsung S5 that had IR, the Samsung remote app used the IR. I would bet that ZTE has an app.
