Just received my new 24" iMac. First thing I noticed was the screen is barely bigger than my old 21 1/2" iMac. Less when you measure width and height of the screens. 1" difference in height, 2" in width. I plan on using it for viewing side by side photos and pages for my writing. I think the 27" might be a better choice. But there is no new 27." Nor does anyone know whether there will be one this year. Don't want to wait a year. Not sure what to do.
