Apple Pulls iPhone/iPod App Containing Child Porn

This is funny. Just because it's on the internet, then it must be true.

For all we know, the photo was of a 22 year old women, and someone slapped on "age 15" for shock value and to see what would happen.

Another possibility is this is just a publicity stunt.

Sadly enough, with my understanding, by Canadian law that can legally be classified as child pronography (though no judge would take it, the legal system still says so).

Apple might as well pull the Facebook App, Twitter App, and the countless other apps for the iPhone that could possible be used by a minor to take and upload a picture of themselves naked. Damn it! Apple should just remove the Camera from the phone because someone could take a nude pictures of themselves and email it to another person.

This is asinine on Apple's part, Neither Apple nor the developer is responsible for users abusing the software.

I have this app... It still works today.

One day i was just rating some chicks (lotsa hotties on there) and voila... 12yr old nude. honestly i was kinda shocked, it cought me off guard. It also surprised me that this picture past the authors approval because my pic was rejected! (on beach in Mexico in shorts havin a beer)

The thing that is really strang is that thier age is clearly posted 12! and fuckin nude, WTF! seriously, someone dropped the ball here.
