Genius! I was really frustrated and about to send the new Fire Stick back. Then my brother Googled it and found this article. Your step-by-step instructions helped me find the software update in a place neither of us would have looked. Impressive. Thank you.

It is still not working for me. I did the update, but nothing new. I was on the phone for 2 solid hours with apple and he didn’t know much about firestick. GREAT!!! If apple app is being used on other sticks, they should know. Any other suggestions? I have signed in on TV and on my ipad and phone. Nothing works.
