Applications Audio on Specific Headphones

I have a Headphone and a speaker and I have them both produce sounds on 1 pc.
I can produce sounds on my headphones while I play something else like a song on the speakers at the same time and since I can do that, how to I make a specific application play on my headphones while something else on my speakers?
(Gaming sounds on headphones and music on speakers)
AND how do I make Chrome play sound on 1 headphone with another tab on Chrome playing sounds on a different headphone.

One way is to use media players where you can choose the output device (for music on speakers), and leave default output to the headphones (for games).
