How much would you charge a customer to remove a Bios and windows password from a laptop?

I charge by the hour with one hour being the minimum.

Something like that would take less than an hour. That said, I would insist in seeing proof of ownership before I would do it. I'm not in the business to help thieves clean up the spoils of their trade.
