hoe do i stop these pop ups tthat say certain apps are not responding i have a visual land 10.1

Depends on what apps it is saying are not responding. First I would try restarting the tablet (turn off the power and then turn it back on). This may resolve the issue for you.

If that doesn't do it, then go into "Settings" and then "Apps". Go to the "All" list and locate the apps that are giving the popups. Tap each individual one and then tap "Clear Cache". Once you have done this with all of them, then again restart the tablet.

NOTE: Before doing this, be sure to back up any personal/needed info. Passwords, log in info, etc., for the apps that this will be done with.
