Apps not showing

I did a reset on my tv, but no apps show at all on my tv

Without some details no way to know what is happening, what is the TV brand and model? Did you have apps built in and where they working at some point? Did anything specific happen to make it stop working? What exactly do you see when you select the applications list using the remote? Did you contact the TV vendor for support or check their troubleshooting steps for whatever your issue is?
