I'll never buy another Insignia/FireTV.

I have one of the holiday versions from 2020 58".

If you don't have a sound bar the sound will cut out sporadically. If you put in a sound bar the volume will lower itself at the tune of about 1 click per 15 minutes.

They have acknowledged the problem, but won't fix it.
