Question Are there any new 14" ultraportable laptops with a decent non-glare IPS screen?

Every new 14" ultraportable laptop seems to have an OLED screen. And most are touch screens. Since OLED screens can cause slightly blurry text (and potential burn-in) and touch-OLED screens cause a grainy appearance on white backgrounds, I'm trying to find a newer 14" ultraportable with an IPS screen (bonus points for non-glare). Do they exist? Any suggestions?
