Are there any new articles on UHDTV (4k x 2k; experimental -- no
standardized recorders yet...)

It would seem to me that UHDTV using (3k x 1.5k) pixels, sampled using 4:2:1
or 4:1.5:0.5 {MUSE sampling ruleset, 24 fps}(Luminance:Chroma:Saturation)
would be within the limits of todays very high end technology.

If UHDTV is indeed 4k x 2k there'll be very standardised monitors
either :)

I sure hope not. MUSE loses 50% of horizontal resolution when the camera
pans.
