Solved! Are there any Sub $600 laptop for Animator and Video editor?

Hey,
I'm looking to upgrade my last decade laptop to something I can use for my work.

I'm not really good with specs, so I don't know what to look for, but here's what I'll be using it for:

Animation: has to be able to run Adobe Animate
Video Editing: I'd like it to be able to run Premiere Pro and After Effects
Art apps: I mainly use Clip Studio Paint but sometimes.

I do sometimes do some light gaming, nothing to extravagant, really just want to run Overwatch and the Sims 4 on Medium-ish graphics.
