Are these compatible with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti?

Hello, I’m new to the forum (just joined) and I didn’t see a gaming section so I just decided to post my question here, hope it’s alright. Anyways my question is if the Intel Core i9-9900K and the MSI MEG Z390 Ace are compatible with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. And can someone please tell me how I know if a graphics card is compatible with a motherboard, do the PCI ports have to be the same?

I’m not sure yet since I still need more parts. I think I’ll focus on psu last. Also what cables do you recommend (or does the mother board come with cables to connect things)?
