The specs are :
4th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 Processor
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 950M DDR3 2GB
1080p Full HD Wide View Matte Display
Massive Triple Storage with Swappable Storage Bay (*optional)
Rapid yet Massive Dual Storage (up to 512GB+2TB )
Sound Blaster™ Cinema 2 Audio Optimization
Full-sized Chiclet Keyboard with Numeric Pad

"Please note i changed the HDD for 1TB SSD, I have also added 2x8gb Ram (16gb)

My question is how should i upgrade this laptop to get the best possible gaming experience?

I would not mess with the laptop much, swapping CPU and video card does not always work due to BIOS and motherboard restrictions, and you could damage something while trying to swap things. If you want a faster newer system you should look for a system in about the $800 range and sell yours. Should get about $300 for your system.
