i hava a dell labtop.intel(R) core(TM) i5 CPU M430 2.27Ghz 4.00GB Ram 64 bit operating system,x64-based processor.i prefer games like mafia watch dogs sleeping dogs or callduty series.What games are run on my labtop by medium graphic or lower

Your pc specs are OK! To run sleeping dogs and watch dogs in medium graphic settings. I have run sleeping dogs in a dual core pc 2.50ghz 4GB ram, ATI AMD HD 5450 1GB VGA in medium graphic settings with no issues at all. But you should have a dedicated graphic card to play these games. Intel on-board graphics will be OK to play older games. But you will have issues playing newer games.
