Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it will load into your desktop screen.
- Try connecting an external monitor and see if you'll see any display from it, if you'll get a display from it press the Windows key + P at the same time and select Display Only.
- Also do try pressing CTRL+ATL+DEL and select Task Manager, once open click on File then New Task. Type explorer.exe and see if you'll get the desktop screen back.
- If these doesn't work try loading in Safe Mode. While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe...
