Aspire E14 E5-473 not charging but turning on

Hello. Hope you could help me on what I could do so that my laptop will charge when plugged. It's still turning on when the power button is pressed but will only display "Battery Critically Low".

One of two things is the likely issue, either the power adapter is not providing sufficient power to the laptop or your battery is defective (can no longer hold a charge) and needs replaced.
