My Acer E15 (Windows 10) will not connect to bluetooth audio device (head set, speaker). The bluetooth set up indicates that the device is paired and connected. Under the "choose your output device", only the Realtek High Definition speakers are available. All the bluetooth devices I have work fine on cell phone, kindle, desk top computer (windows 10) etc. This laptop worked fine until about a month ago, and no significant changes have been made. Micro Soft Tech Assist spent 4-5 hours reloading drivers and also upgraded windows 10 to Ver 1903. Any suggestions?

Solution
Are you sure it was a Microsoft service guy or a scam type of guy?

Update the BIOS
Remove the devices from the bluetooth paring list, and freshly pair these.
Bluetooth is enabled and airplane mode is off?
