Astros and turtle beach mixamp help?

So I have Astro A40s and I bought Mixamp and I cant seem to get the mic working for my ps4. the Surround sound works but the mic won't. Any ideas?

i have the same problem on pc. Made a thread on it also. Hopefully a fix will work on both pc and ps4
