ASUS 305 black screen

My ASUS Zenbook UX305 just went to black screen.. Power is on, had brief error msg saying something about memory to save my doc was full now it's not doing anything.. Help!

Hi, it is about 7 months old. Yes the power was connected.

Hi, Try taking out the battery and holding the power button for 1 minute. If that does not fix the issue return it for warranty.
