Asus battery not detected

I have a battery not detected issue. My laptop is Asus. I have replaced the screen before and the battery is still work fine. But after a week, the battery is not detected anymore. Moreover, I think I need to gound the laptop to release the electric. I need to plugged to the AC without turning on the power of the socket, and press the on button on the laptop to release electric. Turn on the power socket and finally my laptop can be turned on. Without grounding it, I cannot turn my laptop on. How can I fix the problem?

2. Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit
3. about 3 years
4. My bios version is 203. The latest version is 205. I tried to update it but it said system doesn't permit to flash bios since the laptop needs battery installed to flash the bios
