Asus EEE Notebook freezes at bios

Hi,
I've got an Asus eee PC laptop which was running Windows 7.
I got the free Windows 10 upgrade and it rebooted (as it should) during installation.

After reboot it went to the bios splash screen and doesn't go any further. None of the keys are doing anything so I cant go in to bios.
There is no drive in de notebook and I cannot choose USB as startup as I have to go in to Bios on that one

Windows 10 upgrades are causing so much issues personally im finding it hard to make a clear decision when a computer malfunctions. Recently im leaning towards never accepting windows 10 upgrade. If it must be done rather a complete proper format of the hard drive should be done first then proceed with the installation.
