My F555l laptop won't play YouTube videos or stations like Netflix without buffering every minute or so. Is there something i can do to address this or is it standard?

Solution
Hi,

First, run a network speed test using (www.speedtest.com) and see what you'll get. Buffering can be a result of slow internet connection. Next is to try and reset your browser to default.

Internet Explorer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/internet-explorer/reset-ie-settings#ie=ie-11

Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

Lastly, is to update Adobe Flash player or you can just uninstall it, download and install a new one.

Here's the link where you can download: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
