ASUS F8SN LAPTOP not starting

Asus F8SN laptop battery and power indicator lights on always. But LAPTOP is not starting.

Two things to try here. 1) Check to ensure your power adapter is delivering 19V (or whatever it's output is). 2) Attempt a reset by unplugging adapter from laptop, remove battery from laptop, with no power to laptop, press and hold the power button for ~30 seconds. Put battery back in, plug in adapter and attempt to start.
