ASUS G46VW Touchpad not scrolling or zooming

My touchpad no longer scrolls or zooms in/out. I have been on Windows 10 for a long time now, and have had this issue before but it seemed to resolve itself. I have tried repairing ASUS Smart Gesture, uninstalling it, reinstalling ATK, reinstalling ASUS Smart Gesture, and even checked for Windows Updates.

Edit: Not sure if this would be related whatsoever, but I have noticed that the fn+F9 combo to disable touchpad does not work, however, every single other fn+F1-12 combo does work.

Touchpad not working? Try the following and see if it fixes it...

1. Go into "Control Panel".
2. Click "Hardware and Sound".
3. Now click "Mouse and Touchpad".
4. Now go to "Additional mouse options".
5. The Mouse Properties window will open. In here click on your device.
6. Make sure your device is set to enabled. If it isn't then click "Enable Device".
7. Exit both that screen and "Control Panel".

It should work now.

Also, you might also want to check for updates to your drivers.

There is no "mouse and touchpad" there is "mouse" so I clicked that and I see no "Additional mouse options" if I change over to the Hardware tab I do see Asus Support Device. That device claims to be working properly, and when I search for new drivers it says that they are up to date.

That there is no touch pad listed and no additional options is very odd.
