Quick backstory. Laptop suddenly died while at work. I tried replacing the charger, no led or activity. Tried sending it in for a repair under warranty. Asus requires me to send in an invoice before granting the repair. I purchased it on ebay and they dont allow PayPal receipts as proof of purchase so my warranty is SOL.

SO!
Laptop has no activity what-so-ever.
No charging led
Does nothing when I press power

Things I have done:
Reseated RAM
Removed optical drive
Removed HDD
Unplugged battery

Nothing helped.

Took a multimeter out. Charger reads 19.8v. Charger is good.

Everything circled reads 19.8v. Motherboard is getting power.

Now I am stumped as to what to look for. Someone suggested a DIY reflow with a heat gun. I have done this method before with PS3 motherboards and I don't see how that could help since I believe that is mainly for GPU issues.

Here is the front and back of my mobo. Are there any specific spots I could test with the multimeter besides the ones I found? I just dont know where else to go from here.
