Asus g74 sx

I purchased an new asus g74 sx and unpack aged it and it wont turn on at all the only light that shows up is the green battery charged when hit power button nothing happens tried with battery in and out

is it charged? or it could be defected and you might have to return it for a new one.

Yes the battery is fully charged. Ive tried the disconnect ac adapter and battery and hold power button for 30 secs and plug ac back in and battery back in and still nothing gives no signal that the power is trying to come on at all. Still only working light on it is the green battery charged light

bring it to a repair shop or replace the laptop.
