Asus - G750JW: Battery Life

I am about to buy the newly released, Asus G750jw. In the "specs.", it states a 3.5 battery life. That seems really poor --- is this when you're gaming or just performing random tasks, outside of using the PC for the former? If it's just for gaming, I'm with that. If its for just general use, that seems awful.

3.5 hours is for normal gaming. Under full load (highest settings, display brightness), you should get a little under 3 hours. Normal usage (web browsing, ect), a little over 4 hours. It's recommended that you use a gaming notebook plugged in for optimal performance.
