Asus k50ij power button not working

Hello guys, I have Asus k50ij ntb, if i plug the charger led diod is lighting, but laptop dont start. When i unplug the charger, unplug battery And CMOS battery And plug in all back IT start. Where can be problem?

So it runs with the charger plugged in and the battery removed?

If so the battery is short ... get a new one.

Battery is okay, after unplug batery, cmos battery and charger and plug it all back, laptop start automatically without push the power button
