ASUS k56CB ram slot problem

Hello!

I got a laptop, pretty good for me. I wanted to upgrade my ram to 16gb, atm i got 12gb = 8 + 4, ddr3 1600mhz. Laptop - k56c asus, specs - gtx 740m, i5 3337u... The problem is i got virtually 4 ram slots. I opened up my PC and searched for 2nd and 4th slot. I couldnt find any of them. I disassembled my PC, checked other side of motherboard and there were no slots. How that's possible? Please, help! 🙁

But why then cpu-z says 4slots, task manager says 4slots... dosent make any sence.

if it a custom system board then the vendor did not add the b side ram slots to use. if you look at the system board there may be space for the ram slots but there just empty pads there.
