Asus laptop battery not charging

My asus laptop is not charging anymore. The adapter works fine but the power doesn't go through the laptop to charge the battery.

It works on battery just fine but not with the power cord as it use to, maybe a blown fuse or something?

I think its the difference in power voltage that caused this problem. our GPO outage is 240V and maybe the laptop is configured for GPO 210V outage.

if that is the case, what shall I do to fix my laptop?

how old is the laptop as maybe the battery needs replacing?

Could be a battery problem, have you tried contacting them for an RMA? Not sure if you're still in warranty
