Asus laptop charging problem

I did some school work on my laptop and got the battery all drained. I tried to charge it. First it charged perfectly. I used it again and the battery drained to 10% .I charged it but there is no light indicator or on the screen signal. I drained it more to 0%(as to the community said I should do) then it started charging. What's happening on my laptop? is the battery broken or the charger? or is this normal?

I checked it but it's all built in

probably you need to re calibrate the battery.if you are confident enough you can open up the laptop and disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 20-30sec to power drain.if u can find a same charger try that as well

is the battery removable?probably u need to do a power drain first.
