Asus Laptop cursor frozen

I recently upgraded to Windows 10. My mouse is just fine until it gets to the main screen. Once, I have typed in my password and logged in, my cursor freezes. I have tried restarting the comp and fn + F7.

All the fixes say to click on something, which I can't do because my cursor doesn't move.

Please help.

Hi,

Try pressing on "fn+F9" together at the same time. That should fix it right away since that's the shortcut to enable or disable the Touchpad of your laptop.
