ASUS laptop stuck on load screen

I have a problem with my PC: it's not booting. It turns on, shows me the ASUS logo on the screen and never gets past it. I can’t seem to boot in safe mode, but I can get into bios. I’d like to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. ]

Yes but it hasnt helped

Then I don't see it being fixable via there. It may well be a hardware issue involved. Have you checked the drive to make sure it is still working?

How would i go avout doing that?

If you can't gain access to it on the computer itself, it may need to be connected to another computer to see if the drive is functioning fine or not.

To be honest, at this point, I would really suggest you take it to a tech. There is only so much I can do from here and to open it up and mess with it yourself, if you don't have prior experience doing so, can do more harm than good.

I have aleready opened it up and looked at it but don’t really know what to look for but thanks for all the help though
