Hello everyone.

I played CS:GO with my friends one day and suddenly my computer freezes and i have to shut it down.

After this, the whole computer runs slowly and it wont start a single game. LoL tells me to update drivers, some steam games says something about D3D and some steam games just makes the computer crash when i try to start it.

Well today i uninstalled the latest Nvidia driver and then i saw another driver so i uninstalled that aswell. Now, there is no Graphics driver in the "uninstall program" section of the control panel. Now i can actually start games and windows seems to be running faster. i tried to just install the latest nvidia driver again but i got the same problem as before.

Could anyone tell me what might be wrong or how to fix this? I'm completely lost when it comes to fixing computers.

Heres the dxdiag of the laptop (sorry for the swedish)

Thanks alot for your time.

EDIT: Okay so now when removing the drivers again and checking the dxdiag, the third screen (the one called rendering) is gone and the computer now runs normally and i can start games but with low fps as it's probably running on the intergrated card.
