ASUS MeMo 10" Tablet Glass Cracked

Hello,
My ASUS MeMo 10" tablet fell on tile, and now the glass is cracked. Does anyone know how to fix it without shelling out $180 for repairing it?

There is no way to 'fix' a cracked tablet screen. You can either pay someone to replace it for you, or try replacing it yourself. The former may cost more, but if you are unsure about if you can do it yourself or not, you may cause other damage leading to an even bigger cost.
