Asus mouse not working and fn+9 won't work either

OK fn+9 isn't working for it looks like anyone and when I do fn+9 it only says touchpad disabled I have an Asus laptop I bought Dec 17 so its Farley new I have tried many thing people suggested online leading to a tab I can't close I just want to use my mouse again....

If it is that new, contact the manufacturer. The device would be under warranty.
