Hi everyone! Recently i bought a laptop.. an Asus N551JW with intel i7 4720hq and a gtx 960m... i dont know if that matters but at the moment i bought it i have done a clean install of windows 8.1.. well my problem is that i installed some benchmarking software to see how my laptop performs.. i installed aida64 to check how the laptops tempratures go under load.. and i discovered that my processor when i run the stress test for cpu and gpu begin to throttle at 85 degrees...and also when my laptop heats up my cpu usage drops to 88-90% ... is this normal for a brand new laptop? is the processor manufactured to work like this? if not what should i do? :/

Seems OK to me. Considering this was a stress test, you should be fine with typical daily usage.

Btw, these results are pretty good, my Lenovo y50 (4720hq) starts to throttle at 65c.
