I am having the same issue. I actually called their "support" and the best answer they gave me is to send in their awesome piece of Chinese Innovation so that they could in fact repair the problem. When in all actuality, they will just throw it away and send you a new one. Only because it would cost more to "repair" this fine piece of equipment than to give you a new one.
