asus notebook pc wont charge

I've had my asus notebook for 3 days now and its doesn't seem to charge. It was charging over night and nothing happened to the battery life. It works when I plug the charger into the laptop and turn it on but as soon as I take it out it just shuts itself down. What should I do?

Sounds like you might have to reset the battery, have you tried plugging in the computer and letting the battery recharge fully without turning on the computer? How do the indicator lights turn up? does the indicator display full battery or not?

If you haven't already tried doing that, I'd give it a shot.
