Hi,

They are almost identical with their specification and the only difference among those 2 would be the CPU. The Lenovo laptop uses a 4th Gen i3 CPU and the ASUS laptop uses a 5th Gen i3 CPU plus the ASUS laptop is also a bit cheaper compare to the Lenovo laptop.
