Asus Orion for Portable Devices???

I have a question...

How does the ASUS ROG Orion performs with the portable devices such as iphone,tablet etc... ??? Can it crank up enough volume with those portable devices???

Head down to head-fi for headphones suggestions as per your budget but my 1st instinct is this is over priced and over hyped and you'd do far better with entry level cans from the likes of Panasonic, Superlux or JVC ^^
