Asus problem after reset

i had a problem with my laptop and i chose the option reset this pc.
Operating System: Windows 10
Processor:Intel(R)Core(TM) i7-4500U CPU @1,8GHz 2,40GHz
RAM:8GB
64-bit operating system
video card NVIDIA GEFORCE 740M
I installed all my drivers but i didn't install asus gadgets ,i tried to install power4gear hybrid but it said that only asus computer can run it and it doesn't work please help my laptop it's running very slowly
