Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up.
- Once it booted back up you may need to adjust some power option so this same issue won't happen again.
- Click Start and search for Power Options.
- Click Change plan settings to the power plan that is selected then click Change advanced power settings.
- Expand Hard disk then set it to Never.
- Expand Sleep then Allow hybrid sleep to Off and Hibernate after to Never.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Now click start again then search for Device Manager.
- Expand Keyboards right click on it's driver and select Power...
