Question Asus Rog 510 Laptop doesnt charge battery

Laptop had burnt cap so removed it but doesnt charge battery now.. Tried 3 batteries same thing..

I found one mosfet right next to charger port Source and drain are shorted .. but the one next to it looks fine not shorted. Or is that normal for that one to be shorted ?

Laptop when first powering up itll turn on then off fast.. then itll turn on and stay on..

I noticed cmos batt is completly dead to..
