After the last Windows 10 update, an Asus S200E refuses to boot into Windows 10 instead it just showing the preboot Asus screen and the spinning circles. I have left it from hours but it never gets off this screen.

From other forum posts, it seems something went wrong in the update and the windows boot has been damaged.

Followed several suggestions (see Fix Windows 10 MBR) to fix this from booting into the CMD prompt but all failed and all respond with "0 windows installations found". I can still see all the file system from the CMD prompt.

Next, I have followed suggestions to boot from USB into tools which might fix the windows boot system. This advice says to enable legacy USB, disable secure boot but I cannot boot from USB. I have tried different USB keys and different tools to create the boot disk including downloading and making a Ubuntu live disk. Below are the BIOS settings in hope that I have just left a setting wrong.

Please, can anyone help or advice on what to try next?
