Yesterday my laptop powered up, but wouldn't POST.
So after checking that the warranty had expired (it has), I opened up and changed the CMOS battery and it worked.
But then today it wasn't POSTing again, so once again I changed the CMOS battery, it worked for about ten minutes before it shut itself down and wouldn't POST
I'm now out of CMOS batteries.
Could the issue be with the actual laptop battery or is it more likely to be the Motherboard?
