asus stuck on login screen

I have tried every password and combination I've ever used but my Asus Sonicmaster will not allow me into my system. We no longer use AOL so I can't even use the "forgot password" option. Asus is not recognizing our passwords. What now? I can't even use my recovery disc or a password recovery tool because my system won't allow me to access ANYTHING except the login screen.

Whether you still use AOL or not, you should still be able to access it to proceed with a password reset - I don't believe AOL ever fully deactivate old/unused accounts.

Beyond that, might want to reach out to ASUS.
